Team coaching services
Our Fusion Team Coaching programmes commence with a Team Discovery phase, where we establish an understanding of the team, its strengths, and its challenges through interviews with team members, customised questionnaires, or a blend of both. We provide the team with a comprehensive report of our findings and collaboratively determine with the team the improvements they wish to focus on to enhance their effectiveness. This approach enables us to develop a bespoke coaching programme tailored specifically to address the team's requirements. The Team Discovery process itself can be valuable as a standalone service.
A typical Team Coaching programme encompasses three to six sessions scheduled on a monthly basis. This approach allows for the cultivation of relationships within the team and with the coach, fostering an environment of trust, safety and inclusivity. Within this context, strong working relationships allow the exploration of new ideas and solutions to challenges. Occasionally, certain issues may necessitate additional attention, in which case we are more than willing to extend the programme or provide coaching to other teams or team members.

During this session, we collaboratively identify and establish the coachee's overall goals and current challenges. While the coaching outcomes may primarily focus on career or business goals, we recognise the interplay between personal and professional spheres, acknowledging how they often influence each other.
A typical Executive Coaching program comprises six sessions, tailored to the client's preferred pace. These sessions provide a structured framework for growth and development. In addition to the valuable insights gained during the sessions, coachees are encouraged to implement their learning by identifying actionable steps to make tangible improvements in their working lives. By applying newfound knowledge and skills between sessions, coachees can effectively integrate the coaching experience into their day-to-day activities, leading to sustainable progress and desired outcomes.

Offsites and strategy days
We plan and facilitate off-sites and strategy days based around achieving objectives defined by your team or organisation. We design these days with the aim of maximising involvement and input from all participants and we keep a clear focus on helping the group to identify practical next steps and outcomes that move the group forward towards its goals. We also like to make them fun!

Values & behaviours workshops
Our Values and Behaviours workshops help businesses shape the culture they truly desire. By bringing people together in engaging workshops, we breathe life into your organisational values. We create an inclusive environment and encourage people to share how they currently experience the values being lived, so you can see which values are strong in the organisation and which require improvement. We help create shared meaning of the values and distil out the desired behaviours that underpin the values, and the unwanted behaviours that don’t. We then help the group to identify actions that the business should take to move it closer to living the values consistently.

Tone from the Middle assessments
Our Tone from the Middle assessment service is designed to help senior managers shine a light on the real culture within their organisation and align with the FCA's Consumer Duty. We work with you to select a sample of junior staff from across your business and hold a series of departmental workshops to draw out participants’ views on conduct risk and culture. We use thought-provoking questions and fun, interactive exercises to encourage participants to share their perspectives on topics such as customer focus, speaking up, the link between conduct and reward, team openness and challenge, risks and foreseeable harms, and inclusion. We can get deep perspectives from your staff and generate group conversations in a space of psychological safety that encourages all staff to share their perspective.
After the workshops, we produce a report for senior management based on the themes covered in the workshops and draw out any additional information that we believe will be of interest, including any areas of potential concern. Our reports are designed so that you can take action to address areas for improvement and investigate any areas of concern.
